LEAD COACH
Myjorie Philippe, LCSW Founder
Myjorie Philippe is the founder and executive director of Marésel Grace Co. A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), per diem social worker at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and a mother of five, she holds a bachelor's and master's in social work and has spent more than ten years inside the system. In that time, she kept seeing the same gap, the space between "you're fine" and formal treatment where struggling parents had nowhere to turn. She created Marésel Grace Co. to fill it: a whole-person approach to the emotional side of parenthood, for moms and dads alike.
That background gives Myjorie a deep, foundational understanding of human behavior and the systems parents navigate. Her coaching, however, is strictly non-clinical. She does not provide therapy, mental health counseling, or clinical social work services; instead, she focuses on future-oriented goal setting, strategy, and personal growth.
When she's not working, you'll find her on the sidelines at lacrosse, soccer, and ice skating, away on family vacations, or recharging with her mom friends. She can't wait to get to know you and to work with you.

PATERNAL COACH
Nicholas Johnson
Nick Johnson is a founding member of Marésel Grace Co. With more than 15 years in the human services field, he has spent his career helping families support loved ones living with mental and physical disabilities. It’s work that gave him a deep understanding of the weight families carry and what steady, compassionate support truly looks like. That same belief drives his work at Marésel Grace: that parents deserve to be met with patience, understanding, and genuine care, especially in the hardest and most ordinary moments.
A father of five, Nick knows firsthand how demanding and how meaningful it is to balance the needs of five unique, growing children. It's a task he's grateful to take on every day, and one that shapes the empathy he brings to the families Marésel Grace serves.
When he's not working or with his kids, you'll find him out on a run or playing guitar.

For over 23 years, she has been actively involved in supporting children's learning and development, both at home and in educational settings.

Since 2010, she has also been involved with the Swedish School of Boston, supporting preschool children and their families in maintaining their language, culture, and connection to the Swedish community.
Her personal and professional experiences have given her a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the importance of creating supportive environments where children can thrive, feel valued, and build resilience.
Angelica is passionate about helping parents build stronger connections with their children, navigate challenges with confidence, and create positive family environments where every member can flourish.
In her free time, Angelica can most often be found cheering on her youngest daughter at sports games and practices, or spending time with her four dogs. Together, they compete in Flyball, Disc, and Dock Diving activities that have reinforced the values of teamwork, patience, consistency, and celebrating progress, lessons that apply just as much to parenting as they do to sports.
COACH
Kathy Collins
My passion for this work comes from my own journey of resilience, growth, and transformation. Life presented challenges from an early age, including the loss of my mother when I was young. When I became a mother myself, I faced the experience of raising a child without the support, guidance, and encouragement that so many people are fortunate to have. Those tender, in-between seasons, when you are stretched thin and quietly carrying so much are exactly the moments I now walk alongside other parents through. While difficult, these experiences shaped the person I am today.
As a single mother of three, I have learned to navigate life's challenges with determination, adaptability, and faith in my own strength. Through balancing the responsibilities of parenthood, personal growth, and overcoming adversity, including the unexpected passing of my children's father, I came to understand deeply what it means to face uncertainty, rebuild confidence, and keep moving forward. I also learned that no one should have to fall apart before they're allowed to ask for help.
These experiences gave me not only resilience but also genuine compassion and empathy for others navigating their own struggles, transitions, and tender seasons pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and the long in-between. I understand that every parent's journey is unique, and I believe that even our most difficult experiences can become opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
As a coach with Marésel Grace Co., I offer warm, stigma-free emotional support coaching and education, not therapy or diagnosis. My goal is to provide a supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental space where parents can find clarity, rebuild confidence, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change. I'm passionate about helping mothers, fathers, and every kind of parent uncover their potential, release the belief that they have to do it all alone, and move toward a life that feels authentic, grounded, and whole.
My journey has taught me that strength is often discovered in life's most challenging moments and I'm committed to helping the parents I work with recognize that same strength within themselves.
