FAQs
Is this therapy? No. Marésel Grace Co. offers coaching and education. Not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. The work centers on reflection, learning, and practical support for the emotional realities of this season. It's a wonderful fit if you're navigating the ordinary-but-hard parts of pregnancy and parenthood and want steady support without a clinical label. If you're facing a mental health condition that needs treatment, therapy is the right place and we're glad to help you find a provider.
Do you take insurance? No. Because this is non-clinical coaching rather than medical or mental-health treatment, it isn't billed through insurance. Services are self-pay, with pricing listed for each offering, so you always know exactly what to expect no claims, no surprise bills.
What if I need more support than coaching can offer? Coaching isn't a crisis service. If your needs ever move beyond what coaching is meant to hold, we'll tell you honestly and help connect you to the right professional care. And if you're ever in crisis, please reach out right away call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 in an emergency.
Is what I share confidential? Yes. What you share is kept private. As with any responsible practice, there are a few legal limits for example, if there's a concern about someone's immediate safety and those are spelled out clearly in the agreement you'll review before we begin.
Is everything virtual? No. Coaching and groups are offered by phone, and by secure video where appropriate, so support fits around feedings, naps, and everything else no commute, and no childcare required to attend. We do offer in person too. Kids are always welcome.
Who is this for? Any parent moving through the perinatal season, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, the long in-between or older children. Moms and dads, birthing and non-birthing partners alike. You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support.
